How to create my business card shortcut button on an Android Smartphone?

Click on the link received or enter your link in the address field of your mobile web browser (Chrome by default). Once your interactive business card is on your smartphone screen, here is the procedure to follow:

1- Click on the function allowing you to unfold

browser options (see the 3 side-by-side buttons at the top right of your smartphone).

2- Click on “Add to Home Screen”

3- Click on “Add”


You can rename your shortcut if you want.

How do I create my business card shortcut button on an iPhone?

Enter your card link, eg: https://publipocket.biz/yourname

in the address field of Safari on your iPhone. You can also forward the email received on your computer to an email box on your iPhone.


Once your interactive business card is open on

your iPhone screen, here's what to do:


1- Click on the Safari menu/share icon

2- Click “on the home screen”

3- All you have to do is click on “Add”


For iOS 13 and above:

Slide the menu up to display the

“on home screen” button

ATTENTION: Depending on the size of your screen, you may have to slide the menu bar to the left to make this icon appear.

Your interactive business card is now on your home desktop and ready to use. Click the link whenever you want to open,

send or share your card.

I can't create my map shortcut on my Android Smartphone, what should I do?

1. Make sure the screen lock is enabled.

2. On your phone, open the Settings app.

3. Press security...

4. Enter your code, pattern or password.

How to embed an email signature in Gmail?

An email signature is a personalized text (your contact information or favorite quote, for example) that is automatically inserted as a footer at the end of Gmail messages.

Android :

Open the Gmail app

You can set a signature that will be inserted only in emails sent from the Gmail app.

  1. Open the Gmail app .

  5. Tap Mobile Signature.
  6. Enter the text of your signature.

Computer :

1- Open Gmail

2- At the top right, click on Settings then Show all settings.

3- In the "Signature" section, add the desired text in the corresponding field. If you wish, you can format your message by adding an image or changing the text style.

Note: Your image also counts towards the character limit. If you see an error, try resizing the image.

4- At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.

Manage multiple signatures

  1. You can use different signatures in your emails. For example, you can set a default signature for new emails that you compose or reply to. You can also choose a different signature for each email that you send.

On iPhone:

You can set a signature that will only appear for emails sent from the Gmail app. If you have multiple accounts in the Gmail app, you'll need to change this setting for each one.

1- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app.

2- At the top left, tap Menu then Settings.

3- Under “Compose and reply”, tap Signature settings.

4- Activate “Mobile Signature”.

5- Add or modify your mobile signature.

6- To save, press Back.

What is the QR code used for?

The QR code allows you to send your interactive card to a contact who would not want to give you their phone number or email. Your contact will then be able to scan the QR code with a dedicated application or WebApp, and obtain your card. You can also enter the

How to save the card with contact details (Vcard, .vcf) to the directory of an iOS and Android smartphone?

The procedure varies depending on your mobile.


On iPhone:

Before iOS 13c

Click on the "Download contact" button, your iPhone brings up a Vcard file that it invites you to open by clicking on "open in contacts". Your contact's Vcard then comes up on the screen and all you have to do is save the new contact in your phone book by clicking on "Save" at the top right.

Starting with iOS 13

1- Click on the “Download contact” button:

Your iPhone then brings up a Vcard file with the information contained in the card.

NB. the colors depend on your graphic charter.


2- Two possibilities:


- On your contact's Vcard you must hold down on the photo or image with your contact's initials then click on "+ New contact" then "OK" at the top right.

- You go down to the bottom of the file and click on the “New contact” button then “OK” at the top right.

On Android:


Click on the "Download contact" button:

1- Once downloaded, find the downloaded Vcard file with the .vcf extension in the smartphone notification bar.


2- You must then click on the Vcard file (.vcf) to open it, then save the contact in your phone book.

How to insert a signature in Webmail?

A signature gives your emails a professional look. You can easily add your own signature to your email address in our Webmail. The steps below show you how to do it.


1- Connect to Webmail

2- Click on Settings

3- Click on Identities

4- Select the email address with which you want to use a signature


Enter the automatic signature you want to use in the field under Signature.

By choosing the Enable Signature Generator option, you get more options. You can add a logo and social media icons.


Optionally, you can opt for an HTML signature. This option requires you to have basic knowledge of HTML. This allows you to create an even more complex signature.
